Happy Belated Earth Day!

Happy Belated Earth Day everyone! I thoroughly enjoyed reading books about the 3 R's- reduce, reuse, and recycle. Take this FREE literacy center as a Bang! Variation game... Why didn't I think of this before?

Is it really almost May?! Well to kick of the lovely weather we have been having in Ohio (because we all know it could be WORSE), here are some more freebies just for you. Last week, we continued to explore plants and... as a small excuse to get outside, we went on a nature hunt! This is a great way for students to explore, read, and document what they see outside. If you don't want your students to draw what they see with crayons... I can see the dilemma with that- have them draw with a pencil. Another option would be for students to just check off what they see in nature and/or take actual pictures of their observations! (Click book to see on Amazon)
